These terms apply to purchases made at extg.com.au, operated by Exclusive Trading Group (EXTG). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We may correct pricing errors on the site; if an item was purchased at a materially incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you with the option of paying the correct price or receiving a full refund.

Orders and availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you promptly with the option of a substitute, a backorder or a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and warranty

Returns are governed by our Returns & Cancellations policy, and faults by our Warranty policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
