We don't place many restrictions on returns (see full returns and cancellations policy, however if you decide you wish to cancel or return an order the return shipping costs must be paid by you. By: bikerin125ccm on 29 January 2018Very quick delivery, easy to assemble. Cat loves climbing up there and hanging out in the hammock. Only downside the holes are made for kittens not grown cats, ours can’t climb in but he still loves the scratching tree
