Designed to be a permanent covering, our Shade Sail is made from highly breathable 185g/m2 commercial grade 100% polyethylene fabric. This allows cooling air to pass through and help keep the under shade areas well ventilated. The material also blocks up to 98% of harmful UV rays and is all-weather proof to suit Australian climatic conditions. Plus, the material is further enhanced with Americhem UV-resistant additive from the USA to prolong its UV protection effectiveness.
Keeping the shade in place are marine grade 8mm stainless steel buckles on each corner with a 38mm webbing that provides high durability and extended performance.
Unlike other shade sails that compromise on quality and cost, our Shade Sail takes shading seriously and will not settle for inferior materials or components. Especially when your safety is one of our major concerns.

Customer service is our highest priority however we process large volumes of orders every day and due to the nature of our automation in most cases, we are unable to stop an order shipping once the order is placed. We don't place many restrictions on returns (see full returns and cancellations policy, however if you decide you wish to cancel or return an order the return shipping costs must be paid by you. (Excluding warranty items or any cases we make an error). For the most cost-effective returns on items up to 25kg and up to 1.2M at the longest point, we recommend SENDLE.
Cancellations of "pay over time" orders may incur a cancellation fee as some providers do not refund merchant fees. We only charge the amount we are charged.
For your protection, we offer free transit insurance on all orders. Should your item arrive damaged please let us know so we can provide you with the claims procedure.
Returns of larger items can be very expensive so please choose carefully. We are here to help with any questions you may have prior to ordering.

We try to ship all orders within 1 business day however it can take up to 3 business days. (This is more common in peak periods) Once you receive your tracking information most courier tracking sites will provide an ETA for delivery. We are unable to offer express or air shipping currently.
