If you've ever tried to sit up in bed to read, eat, or watch something without proper support, you'll know how quickly it gets uncomfortable. This adjustable bed backrest is a simple, practical fix — it props you up at the angle you want so you can actually relax without straining your back or neck. It's a popular choice for home recovery, post-surgery rest, or just making those lazy weekend mornings a whole lot more comfortable.
The iron frame gives it solid structure, while the breathable mesh and sponge cushioning keep things comfy even during longer sessions. You can adjust the backrest anywhere between 20 and 75 degrees across five positions, so whether you want to be nearly flat or sitting right up, it's got you covered. The armrests are a nice touch too — genuinely useful when you're trying to shift positions or ease yourself up. And when you're done, it folds flat for easy storage under the bed or in a wardrobe.
No assembly needed, it supports up to 90kg, and it's well-priced for what you get — solid value for home care or everyday use. You can find it right here at EXTG, and if you'd rather spread the cost, you can grab it on Afterpay too.
