Christmas delivery terms, conditions and cutoff times.

To our valued customers. We hope that you and your family enjoy a wonderful and safe festive season. 

Just a few notes from us below outlining our operating details for the Christmas / New Year period. 

We have now reached our cut-off point for pre-Christams deliveries for all areas. It is highly unlikley any orders placed from the 17th Dec will be received until after Christmas or possibly not until in the new year. 

Our customer service team will be on skeleton staff between Friday 22 Dec 2017 and 3 January 2018 so there may be some delays in responding to support tickets during this period. We suggest for any carrier enquires that you call the carriers directly and quote your tracking numbers. Will we not be shipping at all on public holidays and as a result of any backlog or supplier closures during this period dispatches may be longer than our usual 1-3 business day guarantee.

Our pre-Chrtistmas delivery cut-off times have been published for over a month and are available below. 

IMPORTANT: Exclusive Trading Group accepts no responsibily for orders placed after these dates not being received before Christmas and will not accept returns as a result of late deliveries placed after these dates.
